Why are we here?

The appraisal platform showcases a workflow to capture all necessary details about an idea or business opportunity such as market size, delivery considerations and competition.

Those opportunities are then appraised by senior team members so the business can decide whether to move forward to the project planning stage based upon data and insight.

How does it work

The first part of the process is to gather as much detail about the opportunity as you can

Visit the ideas section and hit the create button then give your idea a distinct name

STEP TWO

Input the details

Make sure you fill out every section of the form to show that you have considered all the possible angles

STEP THREE

Send for review

We'll appraise the idea in just a few days including insightful and actionable feedback

Idea capture is via a templated, document with powerful collaboration tools like shared cursors across the whole team and interactive widgets to store structured data from a document.

Ensuring all the necessary information is detailed such as:

  1. Introduction and reasons to believe,
  2. Audience,
  3. Target market,
  4. Technical requirements,
  5. Competition and so forth

Easy appraisal

Reviewing the idea is streamlined for a busy team.

  1. Rating is simply 1-10 for each section.
  2. Comments can be left for each rating to rationale for future viewers.

Powerful tools

A suite of digital tools that goes well beyond the capabilities of any existing system. Including at enterprise level.

For example, secure team conversation in a familiar chat style much like Slack to ask questions of the author(s).

Shared cursors and editing highlights show other teams members as they make changes throughout the system.
